I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at A&A Marketing Group (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2018
Interview
The receptionist was friendly, but the office space was very cramped. Loud music was coming out of a conference room in the morning, and that threw me off. The interviewer was extremely unprofessional and he talked so fast that I can barely understand him. It was obvious that he was regurgitating a practiced speech while telling me about the company. After asking about my preferences (team/individual work or field/office work), he dodged my question on whether the internship consist of door-to-door sales as I have read some awful reviews on the place. I received an offer almost immediately after the interview and was asked to come in for a secondary interview the following day. Skeptical on the legitimacy of the company, I delved deep into every single review I could find on the company, and after comparing my experiences with those described; namely the loud music, unpolished emails and unprofessional interviewer; I rejected the offer.
In-person interview with the Manager, 15 min questions very easy, focused on the availability to work, duration of the internship, explained what they do, they basically wanted people to work for free and do administrative duties. I would stay away from that place at all cost

Interview
Seemed like they hire you and then teach you how to fill the position. Position did not seem as advertised on the job description I saw online. Seemed more like a sales position rather than advertising or marketing.

Question 1
Video interview during Covid... I think they asked availability to when I would be able to go in for training. I declined because I was uncertain, I felt this was the kind of job I was looking for; however, it may be a fantastic option if you are personable and want to do sales.
