The ISB talks to you over the phone explains what they do and what you will be doing and then they offer you a position. You decide if you want to take the position and you are not allowed to work with more than one partner with Arise at a time.

Interview
There are tests, not an interview. You choose the company that you would like to provide customer service for and then you take tests that are administered by that particular company. I felt the tests were fairly easy. The information to prepare is provided to you and the majority of the test is common sense.
