A Hand to Hold interview questions

It seemed as though the interviewer didn't know what he was seeking in a candidate for this role. I have noticed several variations of the job posted since my interview. The process was set to take about 3-4 weeks, but I never heard a word after. If someone gives you an hour of their time, at least be up front and let them know if you decide not to move forward.
