I was first contacted via email regarding my application, and was asked to participate in a 15 minute phone interview. This interview was with an HR representative. I was asked about my relevant skills and experience for the position's responsibilities. The interview was brief but pleasant. I was told I would hear back within 2 weeks but was never contacted again.

A.D. Marble’s interview process was very thorough. The employees who joined in on the interviews were engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and offered insightful information on their experiences. I really enjoyed getting to know the staff here despite not being the right fit for the position.
