It was very smooth at the beginning but then I was feeling that I was dominating the whole role and connecting 100% with the HR representative, but at the end, they did not give me any offer. I don't know what were they looking for exactly, but they need to specify on the job description a bit better so we don't loose time.

Good interview process with 3 rounds of interviews. Was ghosted after final interview. I sent follow up emails and never got a response. I was really looking forward to join the company and potentially growing there.

this was a project management job that involved various tasks for delivering projects on time. There were also KPIs in place to measure effective project delivery. The most important KPI was project turn time.
