Group Interview of about four or five candidates, with one interviewer. Simple and straight forward questions to help guide a group discussion. Opportunity for pitching a ticket sale to stranger.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 9:30 Club (Washington, DC) in Mar 2022
Interview
I have applied three times to get an interview (two without a referral and one with one that got me the interview)
My interview went really good, Mine was a phone call and the interviewer gave me the background of the job entails and asked me about my work experience. He asked me question and I recipocrated back ( like what is the daily basis, what software am i going to learn, etc)
I really thought the interview was fun and thought i got the job, but I can’t seem to understand why? Is it because of my ethnicity (spanish)? Is it to due to lack of experience? Or did the interviewer lied saying I did well or they happened to ghost me. I have been nothing but patient in how the process was going, but i will never know.

From the website, choose an artist from the lineup and create a marketing pitch.
I applied online. I interviewed at 9:30 Club (Washington, DC)
Interview
The interview was not one on one but rather a group of about eight. At first I thought this would be weird but it actually helped to ease any stress. Many handed a resume at the end.
