Phone screen with recruiter . The interview was four rounds with future peers and new supervisor last round with C-suite also required a presentation on how to improve the team 90 day plan. Explain leadership style and experience.

It's really fun and they can ask you some questions about your experiences and you tell them about it and then you keep doing that. Then, you go back and forth with the recruiter.
