Professional for the most part, besides a faculty member who was dressed minimally and too casually for an interview-- threw off a professional vibe for me. Interview conducted via Zoom-- there were many in depth questions to understand my experiences and see if it's a match. Position demanded too many responsibilities, in my opinion.
