5 rounds. Met various departments and teams and levels of management. Finished with a presentation of my work. Felt like a casual and mutually beneficial process that let both myself and the company assess if we were a good fit
The whole process was indeed very smooth: people were prepared and motivated, very transparent on what needed to be implemented and what were the company strength that they wanted to grow.
Smooth interview process in my opinion. I met with 2 Executive Producers, and then the Head of Production. I did not end up getting the role, but have stayed in touch with them leading to a freelance role.
