Setup through someone out of state, had a zoom meeting. Everything seemed to be going well I was upfront and honest about my knowledge and lack of knowledge but readiness to learn and work. Was told I would hear back from them but there was other interviews they were still going to be doing. Waited a week never heard back. I contacted my only point of contact to enquire the status of a decision even if It was that they went another direction. Still never heard back. If they can't give the common courtesy to even reply to someone whom actively was seeking employment I can only imagine how the in-house management really is. Glassdoor doesn't paint a pretty picture for them in other states seems as if Michigan is the same.
