I got a call back immediately because I have gas station experience. I sat down for the interview and was hired that same day. I started working right there and then. You should state the problems with the store at the moment and get started fixing everything. You need make yourself indispensable. Show a proactive attitude. NO DRUG TEST.
The interview process was easy and smooth. It started with a brief introduction, followed by a few questions about my background, experience, and future goals. The interviewer was friendly and made the conversation comfortable.
