Scheduled interview with recruiter. The recruiter called me 10 mins late…did not ask any qualifying questions about my background to see if I was a good fit. When asked about company and what they do, what everyday tasks would be, recruiter seemed unsure of everything. Did not seem to know what the company did itself…I learned more from my own research than from her.

I felt like my interview wasn’t a pleasant experience as a woman, it’s hard enough to break into sales. The hiring manager showed up late, was rude and at one point after reading my assignment I completed, he asked me if someone helped me. I was surprised by that question, which I felt insinuated that I was not capable of completing the assignment myself. Immediately I emailed the recruiter and told them I no longer was interested.

The interview process at 6Sense was not very transparent, I never knew what next steps would be, perhaps I should’ve asked. I still think the company is awesome but recruiting process could be better.
