The most unprofessional interview experience of my career. I was scheduled to interview with 6sense for the Talent Development Manager role. The interviewer informed me that their system was rebooting and would join shortly but never did. I waited for over two hours, received no update, and was never contacted again, despite sending polite follow-ups (with another senior person in copy).
Technical glitches can happen, but ghosting a candidate afterward shows a complete lack of courtesy, accountability, and professionalism — especially from a company that claims to value ownership, empathy, and people development. If this is how candidates are treated during hiring, it raises serious doubts about the culture and leadership integrity within the organization.
