The recruiter told me that they will hire me via a Freelancing portal Go lance which is not how companies do the hiring for the contractors or full time employees. This is really shady. Then she said they will pay me 3-5 dollars per hour which is not an acceptable rate at all as other companies pay 10-17$ for the same role ,so it was not a market rate salary that they were offering. .What happened with me was that the recruiter Isabella Patricia Cruz interviewed me on Friday and then gave me time till Monday to submit my response if I want to proceed forward with the hiring process. I emailed her within few hours that I am interested and want to go ahead . After that there was no response from her. When I reached out to her via Skype after 2-3 days again , she said both positions have been filled already now. This is not a professional behavior to give candidates time to think, do commitment with them and then hire someone else. They take advantage of candidates by paying them unacceptable rates. Seems like there is no check and balance and no procedures and moral values being followed. Specially the recruiter was totally unprofessional and behaved poorly. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Interview
I applied for a Customer Support Representative recently.
Few days after, I received an email to set the date for Skype Interview.
That was the first part of the recruitment process, in order to check my English skills and personality in general. I passed that part and later on, I had to solve interactive online text with numerous questions related to the gaming industry. The second part of that test was a personality test. This part was most important. After that, there is a second interview (third round) and I never reached that part.
