I heard about 4Finance company during Warsaw Java User Group talks. Then I talked with Head of Software Development in Poland and was invited to an interview.
The interview consists of two parts:
* 1-1.5h technical interview with 1-2 developers
* Implementing JVM based microservice at home (time is limited, 2 weeks were available)
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 4finance (Ukkel, Brussels) in Mar 2014
