Interview
Firstly, there was the hr interview with a nice lady
After that we scheduled the technical interview, which wasn't that hard.
However, it still took them some time to respond to me.
In each of the steps you can be eliminated.
First I had a HR discussion. After this step, you are required to have a technical interview with one of the employees. Lastly you have to go to the location of the firm and have a discussion with the CEO and a personality test.

Interview
Phone interview, after that it comes the online assessment. I stopped at the phone interview after the interviewer told me that I have to work on site every day of the week. I am looking for hybrid regime. Working from home is very important for me.
