Thorough phone and in person interviews with CCM data analysis assignment to test for aptitude. Overall explanation of company culture and expectations. Leadership style questions as well as scenarios that needed to be addressed by leadership to determine level of experience

Simple process applied via-online as usual. Went through the questions as far as what they role is for. I asked my own questions about the role since what they were telling me did not match up to what they were needing. Had total of 3 interviews 1 on the phone and 2 in person. After my follow ups never heard back.
