This was done through an employment agency so my first contact was with them. The employment agency did the phone interview and then passed me along to 4front. I was called in for a sit down interview which I thought went really well. The CFO was very professional and seemed like my answers. I did ask about the corporate culture and he answers that everyone is polite that I would be working with. Not the most reassuring answer to the question. He was very upfront with the expectation of the job. It was going to be a 60 to 70 hour a week job and weekend would be required for month end close. He said that they would be in contact with me. Later the next day someone from 4FRONT recruiting calls me to set up online assessments for the position. This person was very rude and confrontational with me. She asked me if someone from HR had spoke to me about the assessments I said no the only person I have spoken to has been the employment agency. She rudely says yeah I get it you're through an employment agency. Okay I just wanted to be transparent about who I spoke to. They send me the assessments which I take during my spare time. After I complete them about a week later I get an email from the employment agency saying that 4FRONT wasn't going any further with me. So completely hot and then ice cold with me from the comp. Never heard from the company themselves on what was wrong with the assessment. Overall not a good experience.
