I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 4C Insights (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2020
Interview
Initial call with the recruiter, then an hour long discussion with team lead, then an on-site with 3 sessions which lasted about 3 hours. Two tech sessions, each with 1 tech lead and 1 engineer, 1 behavioral. Behavioral questions were pretty standard asking about their values, technical sessions were design heavy with a good amount of questions about React and modern JS. Recruiter only contacted me through their job site account besides the 1 or 2 calls and my rejection was sent through a no reply account so I couldn't ask for feedback

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at 4C Insights

Interview was through a referral so I can only speak from that aspect. I was able to apply internally. I went through 2 phone interviews and was dropped before the 3rd interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 4C Insights (New York, NY)
Interview
It was a three-step interview. First, a phone call with the recruiter, then an on-site with the executive assistant and finally a phone call with the CHRO. Straight forward.
