48forty Solutions interview questions

Pretty mediocre. (Update: my last review was removed) It took a month to finally go through the first/final round of the interview with the manager T1M since he was on vacation and calling out. He had no clue of certain software tools such as MCM and barely found out of AI. A lot of their infrastructure is heavily outdated. Apparently I was the best to communicate with (I Know, it's a fact) but my answers to the scenarios were completely wrong. It probably went over the boomers head, but the whole "tHeRE iS nO rIGht oR WRonG aNSweRs" was a complete lie. Anywho, this company is going straight to the dump with their hiring decisions and terminations

Had initial call with recruiter, then hiring manager, then VP then CSO. Scheduling was done promptly at each stage. Did not get job offer, but was very happy with their recruiting process, timeline, and prompt feedback.
