Introduction to the company, met one on one with the founders. Total time was about an hour. They will go over your resume and ask you describe your motivation, background. They asked me what I can bring to an already smart and driven group of professionals.

1st 2nd and owner interviews. This was obviously helpful to them in order for them properly assess my skill set and if I would be a good fit for the team.
