- Interview at Yangon Office. (Include Live Code Testing)
- Final step is Interview with CEO but I failed to reach this step.
Interview:
1. Introduction of yourself and your history with Java or Spring/Sprint Boot
2. Technical questions of Java & Spring/Spring Boot
3. Live code testing (Simple Sprint Boot API code test)
Drawbacks:
- No clarification of Job Description/ Job Requirements/ Position Level for the job post.
Good Points
- Interviewer is professional. When I asked for constructive feedback, he gave me feedback sincerely.
- The whole application process and interview appointment happened within 1 week. So, I would say this is the fast track one.
