They ask questions, all kinds of questions, to ensure you arent lying about your experience. They did very well to ensure they were finding the correct candidate. They asked about testing, troubleshooting, and field engineering, you had to be quick on your toes.

Interview
All virtual interview via teams and phone call. Simple questions, mostly about your ability to problem solve and minimal past experience questions. There were 3 people in interview before speaking with the Director of Operations on a phone call individually.
