It was a lengthy process which includes 5 test questions and an application form. Questions include two scenarios which required a 700+500 words essay. After submitting the answers, the recruiter gives you a generic answer where they will keep your profile in view. After a while of not hearing from them, I had a feeling I was rejected so I reached out to ask if they have any feedback for my performance for improvements, but she copy pasted a generic answer to say my application was rejected: Thank you for your interest in this position. We appreciate you taking the time to apply and share your qualifications with us. After careful consideration of all applications, we have decided to move forward with another candidate whose experience and skills more closely align with the specific requirements of this role. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Seems like the company could not be bothered with others and are only concerned with themselves. Cannot imagine what process would follow after this step.
