3 Interviews with really lovely & polite people. From the first minute to the last I could really feel the passion and love within the company.
The first con I think of is that three interviews is a bit long and could have been combined into two.
The positive is the people, the talent and operations manager was a genuinely helpful and supportive contact throughout. All of the interviewers were sincere and positive.
There were a lot of competency and situational questions which put me through my paces, it wasn't outrageously difficult and I quite liked the challenge and intensity of it.
If I was doing the interview, I would have started with a few get-to-know questions rather than situational but that's just my personal preference.
Another really positive point is that I had all three interviews within a week, which is great as a candidate.
Full timeline was as follows:
- Application submitted on 21/01
- First Video Interview on 03/02
- Second Video Interview on 05/02 ( a task was set at this point with 3 working days to submit it in)
- Final Interview in Person - 10/02
- Offer made 17/02
