Four stages have been completed:
1 - First meeting, general questions, getting to know each other, having a detailed conversation, duration 40-50 min.
2 - Unpaid test assignment, which, if you are a senior, will take up your entire day.
3 - Technical part, duration 2 hours.
4 - Meeting with the service lead and HR for 1 hour.
Problems:
- Did not receive feedback on the test assignment, but discussed it at the third stage.
- At the last stage, it turned out they needed not a developer, but a leader, hence the refusal, photo attached.
- Zero reaction to my feedback, because from the start, they needed a manager, but all the interview stages were designed for a senior developer, tech lead, resulting in wasted time on numerous stages and the test assignment.
- Can't say it was a casual conversation, everything was extremely serious, like at a university exam.
Verdict: Non-serious attitude of HR and the KIT direction's management towards candidates' time.
