Very nice people and an extremely organised process - they took really good care of us. Overall, I would definitely recommend the company. The interview process went smoothly and they even gave us snacks and breaks.
Send off a CV and cover letter then straight to an inteview day. Interview day lasted about 4 hours and had a written quant task, a qual task which was moderating a focus group and an interview with 2 staff.

Interview
It was a very enjoyable morning, everyone was friendly and welcoming. We were given breakfast and various members of the team introduced themselves. We had an ice-breaker game before moving on to the tasks of the day. These were:
A quantitative task (error spotting, analysis, and writing up summary and recommendation)
A qualitative task (mock focus group)
An interview with two members of staff
