They do a background check & protocols. It was pretty easy. They ask your references go through training & you flexibility if you can work part time or full time. They provide you with protective equipment & gloves.

I thought the process was very strict and I think it should be in this line of work. It felt uncomfortable for someone younger than me to be my boss but that's just how it is these days.
