Interview
After an initial inquiry about any openings and submission of job application, received a call to schedule an appointnent. The interview was between the general manager and a front desk associate who lead most of the questioning. It was very relaxed, we were in nice athletic clothes. The idea was are you responsible, willing to work and why do you want to work here. My answer to why was because fitness has become a part of my lifestyle and that's what I believed I could promote for others by working there.

It was comfortable and conversational, interviewed by two managers. The process began when I came in person to drop off my resume. I had an interview scheduled for the next day.

Came early, waited a bit due to a situation at the gym with a member. Met with the operations manager, and discussed job responsibilities and how they ran that particular gym.

It was a brief interview, and there were no challenging questions. I could answers all the questions quickly. They asked me if I can be flexible to work in other areas such as the kids club.
