The recruitment process is disorganized. I suggest that you ask all questions about the position on the phone before you agree to show up for an interview. Otherwise, you'll end up wasting your time specially if you intend to miss appointments or classes. Since there are sufficient supply for employment, the company seems not to care about providing good experience to people who apply.
I smashed the interview, started my 2 weeks of training and did incredible. I was excelling and I was at the top of my class. A week and a half into my unpaid training, they got my background back and denied me for the job. I had a very old and low level misdemeanor. They called me in and rescinded the offer, even after I had already put in a week and a half of training. They should really run the backgrounds before the employees start training. That was a terrible experience.
I did an initial "how would you answer these questions from customers" written form, as well as a typing and speaking test at a computer. Afterward I waited and was told I could get in on part of the group interview they were doing at the time in which small groups of 4 (maybe 5) were asked questions and each gave responses. Then after that we had a more formal interview/onboarding with the HR, who asked about hours available etc and gave the information for which training class you'd be joining.
I interviewed at 24-7 Intouch (Altamonte Springs, FL)
Interview
It was a two step easy interview process. First one was on phone and the second was at the campus. I had to sit for a typing test during the second interview.
