21st Century Financial interview questions

its was easy going interview ,similar like all topical interviews ,normal hr questions, I met with the hr manager and the line manager who is responsible on the recruiting process ,the interview overall was easy going

I spoke to two reps at a career fair. They emailed me to set up an interview. It lasted a little over an hour and then they sent me home to compile a list of 100 people I could contact if I were hired to sell to. I had to take a personality test online and they asked me back for a second interview. I declined the second interview due to myself being unsure if the position was right for me. They were very polite and the company seems to be headed in a strong direction.
