I thought I had a great conversation with the interviewer… I believed I did well and made a connection. I was told I would get a email about next steps if I made it to the next round or not. I never received an email. I dont know why that’s the new norm with agencies but it’s super unprofessional and unfair to candidates who take time out or their day to meet or even make accommodations with their current job. What made it even more unprofessional was that the job posting was re-posted… I applied again, because I really wanted to be apart of the team. Embarrassingly enough, they emailed me about that posting! To no surprise, it was to schedule an INITIAL interview with the team… something I already did weeks prior. I thought to be polite and let the hr coordinator aware that I had already interviewed but am willing to go through the process again! No response after that… AGAIN!
This company totally wasted my time and left me extremely upset. The HR team needs to be held accountable for the lack of organization and professionalism they have.
Don’t waste candidates time… if it were you… you would be EQUALLY as upset!
