Worst. they don't even know how to conduct a GD they miss deserving candidates and select less deserving or less potential ones. They don't listen to or recognize your valid points in the GD

There were 4 rounds. 1st with the HR,then the Sales Head, then the business coach and last with the Director-Mr. Anil Bisht.
Then I got a call after 2 days for salary negotiation.
