I applied through Indeed and got an email to set up a phone screening. They called me and we talked briefly about the company and the job responsibilities. She then scheduled me to come in the next day for an in person interview. I came in and interviewed with the assistant branch manager who was very friendly, but didn't really ask me a lot of questions outside of my availability. She also asked if I did any recruiting in my current position. I was then told the branch manager would be calling me that evening, which he did around 6pm. We spoke about salary which was actually more than what I was currently making so I said I was interested.
