After applying I was given a HireVue and following that I was offered an in-person interview. The HireVue was basic questions like why Burns&Mac/1898 Co., what office you would like, etc. The in-person interview was an hour long with 3 people (two people leaders/managers and one senior member from the team). I was required to make a presentation about myself/experience and then present it. Was roughly an hour long mostly focused on resume and behavioral questions. Then it was followed by an hour long lunch with two junior members of the team.
