Interview
I was contacted directly by the in-house recruiter who felt my profile was a good fit. We had two conversations - the first was to chat through the role and gauge my interest in the business and position. The second was a prescreen in which he focused on my skill set and understanding of how I like to operate. I felt fully heard and that my experience was fully understood which was great. I was also given a comprehensive overview of the business - warts and all which really drove my interest. I then had a video call with the hiring manager which I was prepped for and really enjoyed. It was an open conversation and aligned to the role and my skills. The last stage was a face to face which again felt friendly, professional and informative.
The interview was cancelled a couple of minutes before the time. The rescheduled interview day came and the recruiter was almost 10 minutes late and didn't apologise. Seemed in a rush and not interested in speaking to me. Never received a follow up (it's been a couple of weeks, but also don't want a follow up as the whole process was not a good experience).
