I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. Throughout the process, I met with great people and went through 7 rounds of interviews. Unfortunately, I received an automated rejection email at the end. I followed up to ask for feedback, given the time and effort I put into the process, but never heard back from the recruiter. It's disappointing, especially from a company that promotes a "People-First" culture, that didn’t seem to apply to the candidate experience.

How would you prioritize competing requests from across the company?
Pros:
• Interviewers were professional and friendly throughout the process
• Opportunity to meet multiple team members and get a well-rounded view of the role
• Process gave good insight into how the team collaborates
Cons:
• Interview process was very long (6 rounds), which required a significant time commitment
• Final decision was communicated through a generic rejection email with no personalized feedback
• Lack of transparency at the end of the process made it difficult to understand areas for improvement
Advice to Management:
Consider streamlining the interview process or providing more meaningful feedback to candidates who reach the final stages. After multiple rounds, candidates have invested a considerable amount of time and would benefit from a more personalized and transparent closing experience.

Interview
First stage is a phone screen that walked through my resume and experiences. It felt more like a conversation, which was great. Unfortunately, they preferred candidates with more work experience (more than what was stated in the job listing) and I got a rejection letter a couple of weeks later.
