      Business outlook

      Pros

Continuous training on multiple subsjects Very friendly environment to work in and very well organized and clean People there help you learn a lot and very fast, you grow naturally, I made friends there and memories Team leads help you grow a lot with efficient 1 on 1 calls regularly and they are very supportive and help you grow a lot You can wear your casual clothes in the office, go for a smoke when needed to take some air and relax your mind We had Karida (coconut) a frenchie running around in the office, best way to take your mind out of work for a minute and give her a little pet Lots of ammenities in the office, ping pong table, fully stocked kitchen, team meals regularly, team days, parties for anniversaries etc

      Cons

Hard to park around the office A bit crowded sometimes in the office, some jobs should be more remote in my opinion to make space or relocate the office No regular bonus system for meeting targets, no extra pay, only in very few cases

      Working as Delivery Courier

      Wolt delivery courier
      Current employee
      Copenhagen, Capital Region
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Flexibility, Self Employed, you can take breaks whenever you want

      Cons

I'm paid per delivery, not by the hour, which becomes problematic during slow periods with few or no deliveries. I often wait between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours without pay, forcing me to work longer hours to achieve my daily earnings goal. Additionally, the compensation per delivery has been decreasing each month, and the bonuses for achieving delivery targets over the weekend, such as completing 6, 12, or 15 deliveries, are also diminishing.

      Bad management, bad salary

      Cons

Bad bad management, bad bad pay, support = slaves in work.

      2

Good pay, but bad management and no room for growth

      Senior software engineer
      Former employee
      Helsinki, Southern Finland
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

The salary is competitive and the work is flexible

      Cons

The company is growing fast but has poor foundations. The product definitions are lacking, formal tech leadership positions are missing in some teams, and there are no clear and/or capable DRIs for critical work. Developers are expected to fill the gaps that management and leadership should be covering. Blame tends to go down instead of up, and when incidents happen, the juniors involved can end up taking the hit even when other engineers and managers missed the same things. Probation gets mentioned repeatedly like a threat instead of a normal growth period, and if you point out structural problems, don't expect them to be welcomed. There are not enough safeguards either. Critical work can depend on one person, and when something breaks or said person has an issue, it tends to get treated as their fault instead of a system failure. On top of that, unless you hold a high seniority position like staff, there is no equity, no RSUs, or bonuses to make up for it. If you are a foreign hire, you might find yourself held to standards that others are not, and HR does not always follow through on what they promise.

Ideal for first job and for young people

      Sales support associate
      Current employee
      Athens, Athens, Attica
      Recommend
      CEO approval

      Pros

Nice office and environment, young people, team spirit, learning opportunities

      Cons

Limited remote work, low payments, and no bonus for reaching or exceeding goals (except for the high-ranking member), also fast growth comes with the promotion of low-skilled team leaders or managers who cannot organize the tasks and their people.
