What is the hiring process like at Wingstop?

They have online training available, easy hiring process.

They give you 75 presentations to complete involving every single available position in the building, it doesn't make any sense. No one is going to sit down and thoughtfully complete that much work and they haven't even gotten a paycheck yet. The manager said he would add hours on its completion but provides no written record of this. I just decided to not do it because it's unreasonable to ask people to work off the clock.

Easily hiring candidates with little to no experience, a great way to get your foot in the door for work. Very quick onboarding and hiring processes.

Large amount of turnover, constantly dealing with new/inexperienced employees. Night time hours and closing shift is highly undesirable.

Easy flow, not too much prep

Late closing, poor hiring system and lack of support from the DMs. They reduced the bonus while they were asking for more.

Interview for a different position, got a position below what I got accepted for. Claims in the brand itself that they look into stepping up managers with in the store but it is completely false!!! They will just hire their friends even without experience and ignore the managers that actually work hard and prove themselves, over worked, under paid, and recognition given whatsoever
