Your overall experience is heavily influenced by the quality of direct leadership and the region you are in. Many processes remain outdated, and responsibilities such as drafting and maintaining actual legal vendor contracts—not just overseeing quality of work—along with processing and mailing invoice payments on site, can be tedious and time-consuming. Additional challenges arise when working outside of WB standard systems, as WB IT cannot provide support for unfamiliar platforms

A company with incredible values and amazing teams is broken by flawed leadership ans favoritism that is not only overlooked, but even championed by those in their positions so long they no longer dare for those around.

This company is good keeping their employees. As everyone knows, properties get sold or management companies get replaced and sometimes employees do lose their jobs. In Willow, that rarely happens.

I feel that the work overload does not match compensation. The amount of work is extensive and every year more gets added, while salaries have a minimal increase.

The company offers competitive pay and fair PTO policies. They also manage some great properties, which can provide valuable experience in the industry. Some team members are genuinely great to work with and want to see others succeed.

Leadership is heavily influenced by favoritism, leading to a lack of accountability. Performance and expertise take a backseat to personal relationships, allowing some individuals to advance or be heard simply because of their social connections—regardless of their results or knowledge. Issues are often addressed one-sidedly, favoring those with personal ties to upper management, even if they have multiple complaints against them. HR does not provide adequate support for ADA concerns, and employee well-being is not a priority. Additionally, client interactions are often unregulated—staff is expected to accept inappropriate behavior as long as the client remains satisfied.
