      Business outlook

      Pros

Only pro is working at home and they are pretty active/diligent in providing assistance to employees who may have a question.

      Cons

MICRO MANAGEMENT LIKE CRAZY! I get that when employees work at home, they have to be “watched.” BUT the way they MICRO MANAGE IS ANNOYING! The pay is no where near enough worth the of the amount of work/calls, they add new things/processes everyday, you would think they add a dollar or two to your wage for the amount of workload they keep adding, but no they don’t. MINIMUM wage for a lot of calls/work and they watch every SINGLE thing that you do. If pay was higher I would understand the work load but NO, minimum wage is not worth the work. They don’t work with a schedule that will produce better work performance, when they have that schedule available to work/like switching from a late shift to a morning shift. This is a job to fill in time until you get a good job with BETTER pay and less micromanaging! Not worth the stress!
