It’s retail pharmacy. It all sucks. Unreasonable metrics you have to meet. More work; less help. 80% of customers are rude and entitled. Corporate doesn’t care about you. Raises are laughable. My only positive is that I’ve made some life long friends over the past few years. We’ve trauma bonded.
