The upper management aspires to be a global company but the lower and midlle management lack the willingness to change. Pay is generally fair.
Cons
Racism is still a major issue. The supervisors at the various mine locations and Plants dont have good people management skills. Also the recruitment process is still short of what is expected of a company with global status.
