The first few years of the company or a whirlwind, 1 million hours of hard work, but also a lot of fun and great culture. Formed many close relationships with teammates around the globe - there was a lot of trust.

After going public, the culture changed, as it always does. A couple of new leaders came in that I felt had integrity issues, but they're already gone. Culture is always evolving at any company though.
