I could not have been more excited when I 1st started with this company and have been Extremely disappointed in the hiring process, on boarding, training, reginal meetings, management and co workers. Management manages "to the test" as apposed to what is best for their company, their employees or their customers. The pay is 70% below market value. The training is a complete waste of time. Management is as green as can be along with no compassion for dying family members or getting you your money when promised. Moving up is a crap shoot because direct management and the company analytics are both so far off track that your true performance is never ever known to the company so recognition does not happen. When it does it is in unwanted cheap gifts not money. The HR department is a 1 on a scale of 1-10 because they have to be the most worthless bunch of HR people on the planet. I feel bad for them but even more bad for people that have to deal with them . I am leaving this company as soon as I find a replacement.
