What is the salary like at Teva Pharmaceuticals?

Good pay and benefits but not have better opportunity for the scientist level

Good pay and benefits, work-life balance is good. Good communication from upper management. Most teams and colleagues are easy to work with and collaborate well. Most employees are on site at least a few days a week. If you are fully remote, it's easy to feel left out.

Direct line manager communication needs improvement. On boarding when starting with the company was very poor. I was left to figure out systems and processes myself; there was no welcome meeting from HR until 3 weeks in to role.

Pay is competitive, bonus is sufficient, benefits are great, 25 PTO days plus company holidays, option to WFH one day per week depending on job responsibilities.

Management is incompetent, naive, and out of touch. Promotions are hard to come by regardless of experience. Measures of "success" to justify promotions are always changing. WFH days are often discouraged. Teva values workers on site.

The pay is good and everyone was nice.
