      Pros

      Only salary gives on time.

      Cons

All week days are working, also pressurized for work without sunday holiday, no Comp off, no overtime, no any senior level support on shop floor. Also HR just listen but no taken any action. Mentally torcher to employees for compulsory sunday working, no any workers are involving cultural activities, just for social sites share activity photos for org. Reputation. No any priority given to all employees.

      Cons

      Cons

Overtime some Problems here Management at a certain point turns a blind eye

      Inconsistent management.

      Business outlook

      Pros

Pay is good for the area.

      Cons

Management isn’t very caring of their employees. Change employees shifts whenever they want, make overtime mandatory whenever they feel like.

      Look elsewhere.

      Pros

Plenty of overtime if you want it, but you also have to be on managements good side. Pay is okay for “industry standard.”

      Cons

Revolving door for management and HR, DEI hires in every corner of management looking to be corporate YES men in exchange for Visa’s. Pay raises are 3% at most. They screwed up 7 paychecks in one year, they forget to apply your raises or shift differential. They keep employees that sexually harass other employees. The bathrooms are too small for the number of employees and are often shut down. There’s little to no ventilation in the back where there’s tons of smoke from the injection molding presses, which is fine if you’re okay with cancer. There’s no maintenance shop, you’re required to have your own box and tools, you’ll need to fabricate on your own to turn that box into a war wagon. They can’t afford multimeters or harnesses. Any time they buy a power tool someone steals it. They even turn the heat off at night. The list goes on and on. The point is, Tenneco is owned by some investment group that doesn’t care about it as a company. They don’t care about a single employee in that building, the production workers are always new. You’ll receive no severance, no payout for your vacation. Just a “here’s the door.”

      Pros

There is a lot of overtime available.

      Cons

Low level management is extremely bad at their job and will displace their deficiencies onto others. You will also be expected to work 6 day weeks.
