      *They have a good core-value system that is the very foundation of their company. This manifests through all hierarchies top to bottom. And you are valued, and encouraged to grow. *They have internal social communities and fun activities whilst at work, feedback features, learning resources and they also offer competitions and awards. *They care about feedback, and they care about how their employees feel.

      Cons

      *The background check is heavy, but it also indicates their recruitment criteria for the best employees they could ask for.
