Pros

Once in a while, you could get free bananas in the kitchen. That's about it.

Cons

Literally, all aspects of work in this company are stressful. Starting from simply ridiculous to outright cruel.

Does Sutherland offer life insurance?

Pros

- True career development opportunities (joined 7 years ago and moved from Lv 1 to Lv 5 in 5 years) - Great tools - in terms of software you get the latest from the market. - Great structure especially considering how big the company is worldwide - great team spirit among all departments - Training opportunities on top level - Good benefits package including a lot of additional extras such as health & life insurance etc. - Helpful colleagues - A digital transformation company - investing a lot in internal teams and tools to drive and improve process not only for external clients but for internal teams as well.

Cons

- no real big cons, most that I can think of are coming rather as client restrictions or program specifics and are not related directly to Sutherland

Good benefits package including a lot of additional extras such as health & life insurance etc.
