Pros
The company looks like a decent place to work, but I feel and many others have also voiced concerns that the company's marketing is misleading.
Cons
Very disorganized ownership who don't care to follow all mandatory state or federal employment or FTC franchise laws, who lack the money, experience and professionalism to properly run a company, who talk badly about each other and contradict each other, who have other out of state jobs, and spend their days sending group e-mails arguing about how to run things and how to spend nickels and dimes. They run the business as cheap as possible - from hiring people with little to no relevant work experience who will do the job for the cheapest amount of money, to offering absolutely no benefits, to having inadequate funds foe proper marketing, to submitting false 5-star reviews about themselves, to being too lazy to properly follow state and federal employment/ business laws. They often paid employees late, and lied that it was due to the payroll company's errors, and even admitted to not having sufficient funds to pay payroll. I experienced blatant lies from ownership who took advantage of employees, franchisees, and customers. They fired an employee, did not pay their earned commissions, and lied to the Dept. of UI that the employee committed "misconduct" - with absolutely no proof - to avoid paying for the employee's rightful UI benefits, because that's how they are. There is so much more. This was overall the worst working experience I've ever had.
